"Got a quote with State Farm, switched insurance carriers after getting that acceptable quote, then 2 months later had my premiums go up significantly due to THEIR error in quoting me wrong, and they took no responsibility for it. Nothing like an old bait and switch, Pathetic business practice. Edit: and no, contrary to the ridiculous reply below me, nothing was solved, and i have since canceled the policies. Going the "extra mile" would mean to benefit your customer someway instead of financially bourdening them further by making them pay for your mistakes, which you refuse to accept and make right. Shameful Jessica..."
